2. Details

           - In your message, include:

  • Your name 

  • Name of the client (if you're writing on behalf of your child)

  • Your contact information - Phone number and email address

  • Service interested in

  • Any other information you think relevant for us to know before we get back to you.

  • Note: Responses to messages are usually done within 24 hours.

         

3. The Process

  • An initial phone call with Dr. C. to establish connection.

  • Set up an assessment/evaluation(1 hour) - convenient time will be discussed and decided during the call.

  • Look for the assessment/evaluation registration email. Pay the assessment/evaluation fee(varies according to the service chosen).

  • After the session, decide if interested in further sessions or services. Let us know.

  • Once you decide to take sessions, registration is done. 

  • Look out for an email with the registration form and a one-time registration fee($55) payment link.

  • Send back the filled-in registration form and pay the one-time registration fee.

  • Decide on sessions as per your convenience and slot availability. Payment for sessions(varies as per service chosen) is done as you go.

 Regarding the services:

  • This is a One-Stop Shop! Many of our clients have aspects from different services combined to make a customized curriculum for them. For ex: you might want your child to work on AP English Language while preparing for SAT English and getting their resume ready for college applications. It can be done! 

  • All services are customized to the student/client after evaluation. This calls for more work on our part in terms of prior preparation and later work evaluation than the hourly sessions paid for. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in making the sessions go as smoothly as possible.

  • Client confidentiality is maintained to the highest possible degree.

                                                                              

 Regarding the sessions:

  • Most sessions are online. They are audio-video enabled Google Meet or Zoom sessions.

  • Sessions are decided based on mutual convenience and timings are pretty flexible. Though we are on the US-EST(New York) time zone, we also work with clients across the US, including US-PST(California) and even international clients.

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel sessions or to request make-up sessions. No exceptions.

 Regarding the fees:

  • Payment for assessment/evaluation is expected prior to the session.

  • Student/client registration MUST be completed with the submission of the filled-in registration form and payment of the one-time registration fee BEFORE further sessions are done.

  • Payment for the sessions depends on the service (rate/hour). Individual rates cannot be negotiated down to group rates.

  • Payment for the sessions can be done before, during or at the end of the month, depending on the number of sessions decided on. Payment is expected within a week of the invoice sent, and any delay will result in a late fee of a flat $20 for each month of delay.

  • Our services are customized for every student/client. Our fees are reasonable(includes all taxes and service fees) and help us keep the lights on. We do not entertain bargaining.

  • In case of multiple clients from the same household (ex: siblings) a discount might be approved after review.

  • Mode of Payment - Check or cash only in-person at the office location. Payment is via PayPal links where you can personally use your PayPal account, debit or credit card. Zelle or Venmo will be considered under special circumstances. Please note: We do NOT process fee payments via debit or credit cards ourselves, hence we do not collect your financial information.

  • Most of our clients come to us by word of mouth. We are grateful for the referrals, the returning families and the continued patronage.
